Housekeeping and the covers!
Now we are waiting for the final production samples of the stickers to arrive, and the book sets are well underway, we thought it would be a good moment to announce the cover art.
Designed by James Gray (who also drew the cover art for The Dungeon) we are thrilled with how the covers have come out!
James Gray, (aka quigonjim), is an illustrator and artist who has produced the cover art for each of the Towns & Taverns books and Slip Case. Former clients and books include the anthologies Zombies, Robots and Westerns for Accent UK Comics, the Kickstarter backed Amnesia Agents with Jason Cobley and the Brawler anthology, card art for Oligarchy from Entropic Games and poster and T-Shirt designs for the band Dead Man's Whiskey. He also has a substantial back catalogue of Superbike and MotoGP artworks. Jim's website is here

The tokens are now on DriveThruRPG!
We have added the decal designs as tokens into Towns & Taverns on DriveThruRPG so your title will update automatically and the files will appear! You don't need to do anything :-)
That said if you can't see them refresh your DTRPG Library and try sorting by update and they should pop straight to the top.
We have added all the designs from Town Trimmings, Magic Effects and War & Siege so you have all the tokens included as 300DPI PNG files.

Update 26/6/20 - More decal designs

This week has been all about the decals!
As the factory get to work on the books this week has been devoted to getting the designs for the add-on scenery decal sets 100% finished, laid out and signed off.
These are some of the designs from the Town Trimmings set:

We will be locking addresses in around 7-8 weeks so please make sure your details are up to date. We lock addresses so we can export the data to start planning with our fulfilment hubs and confirming numbers. We do this as the books are "on the water" so we're ready to go when they arrive at the hubs.

Production update 18/6/20

Well the big news this week is that the books have gone to print!
This means that we have finished reviewing the samples and make amendments to the files so all the colour matches work and pages go together really well. We also tweaked a couple of walls but mostly the files were signed straight off!
So now our factory has started the print run which is very exciting!
I know you all want to know when you will get your books. We have put fulfilment down as December on the Kickstarter. With the files at print now and with our manufacturing estimates in normal times I would expect this to delivery early, HOWEVER I would be very surprised if we do not hit some delays as currently COVID is creating a rather challenging environment. We have allowed extra time in our timeline for the unknown!
I will say I am confident you will all get your pledges before the end of December.
It could be sooner :-)
In the meantime here are some more images from the 'War & Siege' decal pack. We're expecting to have all the decal packs signed off and to print, then uploaded as digital tokens in about 10 days.

A video look through the factory samples!

We have now received the factory samples and here is a video run through for you all!
Things to mention. These samples are effectively hand made. They are a digital print and the lamination is different. So while they give a very good indication of the end product the actual factory print run will be a higher quality.
Matt will take these and use them to tweak his colours so he's happy we're matching up across the pages. we'll also give it a few more in depth pass through then its off to print!
